Sound Immersion with Colorado Freedom Project

  • The Sanctuary Studio 125 South Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado 80209 Denver USA (map)

Join the Colorado Freedom Project for a 90 min sound immersion and gong bath at Sanctuary Studio Denver with proceeds going towards their efforts in bringing yoga, meditation, and mindful healing into the correctional system, rehabilitation centers, and underserved populations around Colorado. Donations will go towards volunteer teacher stipends, class materials, and a scholarship fund for offenders looking to pursue yoga teacher training.

We are blessed to have the Erin Kibbee and Valerie Brown joining Rob J in providing more vibrational gifts. We will have multiple crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, 3 gongs, among other instruments that will help us go deep throughout the evening's event.

Erin Kibbee is a facilitator of multi-dimensional healing. By incorporating her extrasensory skills, she alters the vibrational tones and frequencies of sound on a sub-atomic to macro-cosmic level, providing a unique opportunity to immerse all aspects of your being with devine frequency.

Valerie Brown is a teacher of yoga and practictioner of Ayurveda who is passionate about the combination of these two practices for health and happiness. She trained with gong master, Mehtab Benton, and she loves incorporating vibrational healing into her classes. Val encourages students to explore the awareness of their own body and mind, tune in to meet themselves where they are, and cultivate a connection to the highest self on the mat and in everyday life.

Rob J is the founder of CFP and has been teaching yoga, meditation, and sound healing in prisons around Colorado for the past 4 years. He hopes to share these gifts to the outside population to raise awareness of the benefits and potential of mindful practices in a prison and rehabilitation setting, as well as the growth of the organization.
